Due to the perishable nature of our farm-fresh produce, we can only accept returns on non-perishable goods or items that arrived damaged. We strive to ensure every Diddly Squat product meets Jeremy's standards, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.
Return Process
- 1.Contact the Farm
Email our customer support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged food items or broken glass, please attach clear photographs of the product and the packaging to your email for our records.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If returning non-perishable merchandise like apparel or giftware, ensure items are unused and in their original packaging before posting.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected or your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
