Where does your produce come from?
The vast majority of our products are grown, harvested, or produced right here on Diddly Squat Farm or sourced from our local neighbors in the Cotswolds.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship most of our non-perishable goods and bottled items across the UK. However, some fresh produce is only available for local pickup to ensure maximum quality.
How are fragile items like 'Bee Juice' honey and spirits packaged?
We use eco-friendly, high-durability protective packaging to ensure your glass jars and bottles arrive safely and intact at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Are your products organic?
While we are not certified organic, we pride ourselves on traditional farming methods and minimal intervention to bring you the most authentic 'farm-to-fork' experience possible.
